I think one must try all the natural ways of losing fats, but after all talking pills according to an advice of a doctor is necessary. Otherwise some have side affects, which can negatively impact the person's life.

I disagree with you that you should only eat fruits and vegetables. They are full of water and you will swell. This is the first thing. Secondly, a lot depends on genetics. The body is not static, but you are impermanent as a person. You cannot stay in the same weight all the time. This is closely related to your mental health. How can you lose quickly? It's bad for your health. Normal weight loss is 1.5 kg per week. Anything that will destroy you faster
