Fitday can help you when you decide on the number of calories you need to ingest each day, and gives you tools to log the foods that you eat. You can track whether you are staying on course, eating within your calorie limit.

A diet plan is trickier. It must suit your tastes and your health goals, as well as your financial budget for food. It takes into account where you live and who prepares your food (do you eat with your family or prepare food just for yourself, for example.) There are so many diet plans that you can pick the one that suits you, given your particular lifestyle factors. You need to decide on your weight goal, and how long you want to take to achieve it. Is your work sedentary, or does it require a lot of physical energy?

Everything in moderation is best, drink 8-10 large glasses of water a day, and move...doesn't have to be 'traditional' exercise, but some movement will help take the weight off.

Different people respond differently to various foods. I only *ever* lost weight with a very low (20g total/day) carbohydrate diet. My SO eats so many carbs I could go into a diabetic coma just watching him eat. He is as thin as a rail (figures!). Since we have been together I have put on (mumble, mumble) pounds because although I was eating "healthy", I was eating way too many carbs for my body to manage, I tend to not eat anything until around 2pm, then I have a small protein meal. Usually a boiled egg and a small piece of cheese. I eat dinner around 7pm. Usually a medium piece of meat, poultry or fish (4-6 ounces), a small salad (about 1.5 cups salad greens), maybe some low carb veggies - though if I have those I rarely want a salad as well. I use full fat salad dressings, about a tablespoon or so. I sometimes indulge in a glass of dry wine, which doesn't seem to stall me as long as it is just one, and fits into my carb allowance. Dr Jason Fung and Dr Eric Westman are two you might want to look up.

Hello, I was searching for the best cheap diet plan to lose weight and I am glad I have found your post. By the way, I have lost my job because of the lockdown and I was so stressed because I don't have enough money to buy food for the next month. But I am glad I have found https://icasinoreviews.info/visa-card-online-casino/ website in which I have found games through which I can earn money online while sitting at home.

You need to calculate how many calories a day to eat in order to lose weight, then add exercise, at home or in the gym, as you prefer. Eating right isn't that expensive, simple things taste good too.
