Hunger Before Bed?
Sleep or eat?
Any advice to beat the hunger and sleep it off? |
If you are really physically tired, a nice cup of hot herbal tea with a little honey and lemon, sipped slowly while you read a chapter or two of a good book: can be a great help when you want to get to sleep without a nighttime snack.

I find that when I eat shortly before bed I end up waking very hungry. I agree, drink tea (decaf if you have it), maybe that will train your body. It can also be mistaking thirst for hunger.

Don't eat after 8pm, do gym or Fitness everydays
