The Best Exercises to Lose Weight
I came up with an easy and effective routine for anyone who's looking to lose fat fast.
It consists of 4 major compound movements (squat, press, pull and press). You do 15 reps of each exercise and go to the next one without resting. Like this: Squat x 15 Press x 15 Pull x 15 Press x 15 Rest 60 secs and repeat. 3-5 times. Check it out and let me know what you think: |
