Sitting at home, not being able to go to the gym, all depressed with a fridge overstuffed with food.

Run every morning on an empty stomach, still keep track of your calories, watch out for those snacks! Especially watch out for nuts! People eat nuts and seeds as if they were free of calories. Nuts and seeds have more calories than candy.

Due to corona gyms are closed, so we have to do exercise at home. And due to less physical activity, we are gaining weight. By eating less and doing exercises we can make our body fit and fine.

4) batch cook and prep
5) Don't forget the weights
6) Get enough sleep
Apart from that you should also add whey protein to your diet.
