Exclamation No progress in losing weight

Hello, I am 50 years old and I weigh 330 lbs. I have been on a diet for a month and I lost 1 lbs during this time. Do you have any advice for me? can you recommend me some slimming method?

Measure what you eat, log the calories and see what level of daily calories feels comfortable for you AND shows some weight loss when you weigh in (weekly).
That's a basic diet and it's a starting point. Good luck!

Thanks, as you say, I will write down and count how much I eat so as not to exceed the calories set (I used to do). I also found a nice method to lose weight and I am going to take supplements.

Just yesterday I read about it. An amazing success today. I dropped 1 lbs. I've been waiting for it for a very long time. I'm super positive now and it will only get better

I have dropped another 3 pounds in these days, so it will be 8 lbs lost so far. Sorry for little spammy, I am using this topic as a journal
