@garena- - Would you mind posting here a sample of what you're eating each day? Sometimes, certain foods have hidden carbs or sugars that you might not necessarily know about. I think everyone here could help you along, and find what might be causing the resistance to weight loss.

If you can get on YouTube, look for Dr. Ken Berry, M.D. He has massive amounts of videos you can watch that will help you along in your journey.
