I cant lose weight
Hi, I'm on a diet for a month. I do intermediate exercises every day. During this time I did not notice any results. I currently weigh 231 lbs, I weighed 230 lbs a month ago, so instead of losing weight, I put on weight. What am I doing wrong? Is it time to go to a specialist?

Since then, I cut back on my eating a lot (trying to average 1200 cals per day, most days getting between ~1300, rarely about 1500) and that's created enough of a deficit that I've been losing about 1 lb per week for the past several months. Consistent calorie deficit will help you. |
Also make sure that you're tracking appropriately. The scale only tells you half of the story. You need to take your waist measurements too.

Yes it is better to consult a dietician .Also, consult a specialist for exercises You might be doing some wrong exercising. For losing weight, you need to consume less fats.

If you are doing a lot of exercise you may be losing fat, but gaining muscle. Have you been tracking your measurements as well as your weight? Muscle is more compact, pound for pound, than fat and you can lose inches without losing pounds.
