Hi,
It will be quick.
Im looking for tips how to lose weight with just diet. I DONT have time and I dont want to do workouts.
Do you have advices for me?

I work only 20 minutes a day and I am super happy with my plan so far. The results are visible in well-being and weight also :)

I advise you to look for your weight every day! I think that is good for health!

I have lost 10 pounds so far!! I am extremely happy, my body and well-being are in great condition. I will write here about my future results
