Thumbs up How to lose weight?

Wondering how to lose weight? Here are four tips to follow:
  1. DO NOT Skip Breakfast: Skipping breakfast will not help you loose weight. Instead, you might miss out on the vital nutrients your body needs. You could also end up snacking more during the day due to hunger. Therefore, it's important that you begin your day with a good breakfast.
  2. Eat Your Meals: Eating your regular meals helps burn calories faster. It also helps avoid snacking on junk foods and sugar as healthy foods keep you full for a longer time.
  3. Include Fruits & Vegetables in Your Diet: Wondering how to lose weight? Fruits and veggies are low in fat and calories and are high in fiber; therefor aiding weight loss. Also they contain a lot of vitamins and minerals, providing you with the nutrients you need.
  4. Eat High-Fiber Foods: High-fiber foods keep you full for longer, which works well for losing weight. Therefore, it's important to include fruits and vegetables, oats, brown rice, wholegrain bread, lentils, peas, etc. to your meals.

With Keto, intermittent fasting is part of the plan. Often fasting from last night's dinner to the next afternoon's lunch. Listen to your body and if not hungry than don't force food. And when hungry, eat. So not eating breakfast if you aren't hungry. If I do get hungry before noon, which is seldom, I eat a couple forkfuls of the big salad I prepared ahead for my lunch and I just don't keep snacks on hand at work. Dinner I usually have before 6 o'clock so that makes 18 hours of fasting.
