Hey lady!! I really didn't leave, I've just been nuts busy with Christmas. But things have evened out a little and I can get online and log and chat a bit now. Although I'm going to have to get going soon, my oldest got a bunny from her grandparents for Christmas and she's wanting to go and pick it up from their house RIGHT NOW.

I weighed 148 this morning, so a big smootchie MUAW to 148 - NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Phew...back from vacation a day late, just in time for some New Year's celebrating. Miraculously, the scale said 329 today. I was expecting a gain being away from my good foods and exercise, but I guess I was able to manage my portions.

I am so glad that I found this thread cause just looking at the results that alot of you have achieved is inspiration. I have started working out each day with turbo jam and logging everything that i eat to keep myself accountable. Thanks everyone!!!

Welcome to the challenge! 35 lbs. in 13 weeks is pretty agressive--perhaps 10% would be more realistic? But, hey, it's up to you--it CAN be done but you'll have to work your butt off and/or cut calories really hard.

Have you figured out your daily calorie deficeit needed to reach your goal? That would give you a more-or-less accurate prediction of what you can safely do.

Don't hesitate to speak up if there is anything we can do to help.

Happy 2011! Looking forward to making this a very productive year.

Starting weight is 188 and my 10% goal will be 19 lbs -- 4/1/11 goal weight is 169.

I'm in. 200 pounds for New Year's weight so 20 pounds to lose by April 1st. The extra motivation should help. Total to lose 40 -50 pounds. Mary
