The sight of greens in your plate is okay but a glass of green smoothie can make you scream. If thatís the case with you then carry on for great advises from dietitians and chefs, working together to give you the best green shakes thatíll make you lose weight.

All the given recipes have one preparation technique, i.e., mix all ingredients in the blender and add honey to taste, if required.

1. Strawberry Banana Green Smoothie

Ingredients: 1/2 cup strawberry, 1 ripe banana, 1 cup raw spinach, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp vanilla essence

2.Apple Pie Green Smoothie

3. Mango Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients: 1/4 cup mango diced, 1 orange peeled, 1/2 cucumber diced, 1 tbsp flax seed, 1 cup spinach

4. Kale & Berries Green Smoothie

Ingredients: 1/2 cup cherries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 cup fresh kale, 2 tbsp honey and 1/2 almond milk

5. Broccoli-Pineapple-Strawberry Green Smoothie

Ingredients: 1/2 cup strawberry, 1/4 cup pineapple, 1 cup broccoli, 1tbsp honey and 1 cup almond milk
