Need to lose weight
Hi everyone,
I am Daniel. I have been struggling to lose weight. Unfortunately, i have also been diagnosed with Diabetes Type-2. Need serious advice on weight loss and how to manage blood sugar level along.

Cut off sugar completely.
Since you are suffering from diabetes, exercise is extremely important for you.
Best Snacks for you are Roasted Gram (Roasted Black Chickpea) and Horse Gram.
Do power yoga and yoga hand mudras for weight loss.
They too are highly effective.

Make sure you take your meds on time, i can imagine, losing weight with diabetes can be tough but iv seen many overcome this
1st, keep a close eye on your glucose level, often people begin strict dieting which lowers their glucose level, this can be very fatal for diabetics.
Thereafter, begin with moderate workouts, and slowly decrease your carb intake. Your goal is to reduce your fat deposits and you can only utilize that fat once the you do any form of Anaerobic workouts. These are usually intense workouts which you need to prepare your body very well for.
So in short, start of slow, avoid junk foods and high carb foods with light workouts and then increase this over 2-3 months until you start intense workouts like sprinting.
