How to Lose Neck Fat Fast

It is generally not possible to target specific parts while losing weight. The neck is one of them. Only an overall weight loss can aid you in losing the neck fat but there are various exercises which can be done to add flexibility and strengthen the neck muscles. Eating the right food is also one of the important factors contributing to weight loss.

Tilts

Side tilt and back and front tilt are good exercises for the back. Sitting or standing you need to tilt your head according to the tilt you are attempting. In the side tilt you need to tilt your head alternating between left and right. Assure that you tilt to only that level where your ear does not touch your shoulders. In backward and front tilt the head need to be titled back so that you are able to see above you, holding for some seconds and back to original position. 5-10 reps are effective.

Resistance exercises

These are equally good involving the hands offering resistance to the tilt of the head. They can be side resistance, front resistance and back resistance. For example if you are doing side resistance you need to use your left hand to hold the left tilt of your head and similarly on the right side. This should not be done with force and can be done with the hand or with help of a machine. The hands should provide resistance for few seconds and then back to original position.

Rotation

For this particular exercise you need to keep your body straight and turn your head in turn in both directions. Slowly turn the head the farthest to the left, come to starting position and then same with right. 5-10 repetitions are good.

Care should be taken that then neck muscles do not get hurt during any of these exercises. They should be done with care especially the resistance exercises. Special care should be implemented while using machines to do these at gym. After each workout the neck muscles should be given some rest. If anyone experiences any cramp or pain while performing any of the neck exercise they should immediately stop or they may injure their neck.
Done regularly they will aid in losing the neck fat and also provide flexibility and strength to these muscles. For excess fat running is best option as it burn calories faster. Food with sugar and fats content should be kept at bay. Exercise and right diet will certainly help you to lose fat on the body including your neck.

It's definitely good to add in some exercises in an area you want to lose fat in but not too much because you may gain muscle. However, one really needs to know its all about calorie restriction to truly lose fat allover your body including your face and neck.

It has been proven that loss of fat happens all over your body when exercising! When exercising you muscle gain strength and volume and the energy required is coming from the blood e.g. oxygen, fat & vitamins. Sometimes when you exercise too much and there is no more energy in the blood, you can actually start getting energy directly from muscles instead of fat.
