Default Which Body Type Are You? (Ectomorph, Endomorph or Mesomorph)

When designing your workout program it is important to know what body type you have because it will affect how you should diet and workout. Most people fall into these three body types or are a mix of two of these starting with ectomorphs (skinny slender types who have a hard time gain muscle), endomorphs (have a hard time losing weight and body fat) and mesomorphs (the people who can easily fluctuate in weight depending on how they change their diet and workout regiment).

Once you know what body type you have and you have figured out your goals you have set before yourself then you design a diet and workout program around that to increase productivity and results!

It is easier said then done but it is the first step of many to getting the gains you are looking for!

Can you provide research to substantiate your claims that people fall into these three categories? There are so many claims made these days re: fitness/health; what makes yours better than the others?

You might be in between body types sometimes and that's okay too!
