Do not expect any miracles to happen overnight as nothing will work out other than sweating out to burn them. Try not to add too much salt to your food as this will likely increase your blood weight loss pressure fairly drastically. Some experts believe that some red wine in moderation can be good for your heart, but the operative word is moderation.
