This is what is known as gaining muscle mass and losing fat at the same time. You maintain a more or less stable weight but your body composition changes. You gain% of lean muscle mass and low% of body fat. Technically you can do a rebuild upside down, but I do not see anyone wanting to maintain their weight by lowering muscle mass and raising "lorzas". The catch of this is that there is a basic problem, and is that both processes need different requirements.
