There are lots of tips in these message boards for losing weight. Probably #1: watch portion sizes of food. Know the calories of the food you are eating (fitday helps with that). Be aware of how many calories you are eating - so you can reduce the number by eating different foods or the same foods in different portion sizes. Good luck! |
