Hi, I know how to lose weight, usually more exercise and sensible eating does the trick for me. I yo yo in weight and fitness levels constantly. I go to extremes, when i want to be fit I train hard and get strict on diet. When I can't maintain that, I gain weight again, reduce activity levels to almost zero and eat like crap. Has anyone out there overcome similar issues? Any tips? tricks? advice on striking a balance?
