Default Body Fat%, Not The Number On The Scale

I wanted to kind of post an update to how I was feeling, and well I feel good. The scale says I've gained weight, but my body fat% has stayed the same. It kind of made me realize that the number on the scale doesn't give an accurate description of how you are doing. I want to focus more on the % number, not the # of pounds.

I agree. As I approached and then got to my goal weight, I set a new body fat goal instead of a weight goal. It really helped me clean my diet up even more and put more energy into my workouts.

Trick is, body fat percentage is hard to accurately measure at home. Still, even using the not-necessarily-reliable body fat scale, I can still see the percentage drop, even if it's not on-the-dot accurate in ultimate terms. I wish I belonged to a gym that could assess it, but I don't.

So, we could swap out and fool people? 'Cause I've got some stuff tomorrow I really don't want to do! Although I admitttedly not a real Cassie...was just a family nickname given to me by a nephew who couldn't pronounce my real name.

Congrats on a year's worth of maintenance!!!
