Default Make it a family thing!

I think being active should be for the whole family. Both my husband and I exercise and want to keep fit and get in shape. We also bring our dog on our runs all the time!

My main motivation for working out is so that I will be in good shape when I have kids, and that I will be able to bounce back quickly after pregnancy and birth. I also want to be able to keep up with my kids and just live an active life for as long as I can. Also, exercising and eating right is so much easier and enjoyable when you have the support of your family, in my case, my husband.

So get your kids/spouse/dogs to make little changes with you!

Oh! One great exercise that I find enjoyable is jogging with my niece in a stroller. It's such a great workout, and it's fun for me cause my niece actually gets excited to "work out" with me!
