The Yoda Approach
Do or Do Not, there is no try
I get frustrated everytime I hear or read the word TRY.
Try is a fancy way of saying won't.
my number 1 tip for anyone is..
Stop trying and start doing.
I am by definition Obese. Did I try to become Obeses.. NO. I did it,, or for more truthfully "i didn't do it"
Either you do something or you don't. there is no in between.

A great sentiment, that is.
Also, consider Sun Tzu:
"So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself."
