Good Morning everyone, i have some great news to share with you. i reached my goal weight on Wed Sep 29th! and that same day, i went shopping and got a pair of pants in size 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fitting very comfortably! as you can imagine, i feel on top of the world! Thank you all for your support and sharing the tips and tricks of weight loss to help me get where i am today, and good luck to you all! a question, can i still sign in and register my maintained weight?

Awesome job farahb7, congratulations!!!! I don't see why you can't sign on for maintenance purposes, cjohnson has "weeks maintained" in her signature. I think maintaining requires nearly as much diligence as losing.
