I'm 40 and working on the first goal of 25 by Thankgiving. I'm trying for the 1200 range and higher protein, lower carb targets and really "GOT SERIOUS" starting September 2.
I would love to have some support as well!!

All right, so tomorrow will be our first weigh-in day, that's exciting!

I am 42 yrs old, 5'8'' and about 180 and want to get to 135! I didn't have a set goal, but March 2011 would be fantastic! Tomorrow was going to be my start date anyway. I would love some support.

OK Ladies the new name for us will be March 2011!!!! I think that it sounds great and even if you get to your main goal before that please keep in touch and let us know how you are doing and to give us all encouragement.... ok so the first person that gets on tomorrow starts the weigh in!!!
