Have some healthy diet or join any weight loss program for better results. I also did the same and lost 67lbs.

Less sleep will result to insomnia or depression. So you are working hard on weight loss but you should take care of your health too.

My last meal is around 7-8 pm so I schedule mine at least 3-4 hours in between

Weight loss is neither difficult nor easy, it's your focus and dedication that will help in this journey of being a healthy person. Similarly, it's not the instant process it will take some time to get the proper results, but you start feeling the difference from the first day itself.
