Friday weigh-ins, new name but same gang
Hope everyone have a great week. Down 2 and to the goal I set for myself. New goal is to stay at or under 240 and keep with the workouts to firm up some more. Have a good weekend.

Ed, congrats on making your goal!!! That is fantastic and great to hear!!!
My week went very healthy and my weight was all over the board this week. At one point i was up to 222.8 and by today have settled down to 219.4.

I'm having "summer dieting" issues. The garden is growing hog wild, so I'm out there picking all the time, and I'm eating as I go. And when I'm not picking I'm pickling, and eating all the while in the kitchen too. Anybody know where I can get a muzzle or instructions on how wire my jaw shut?
