  • hey everyone,
    i'm a little confused on what my Cal Balance should be
    apparently the calories i burn daily is : 2,543
    and my calories eaten (for today) is: 1,446

    how much of a deficit do i need to get a good steady 1-2 lbs weight loss going?
  • If you go in "weight goal" at the bottom you want to choose "calorie restriction" to know how many calories less than 2,543 you need to eat to reach your goal. Let us know if you still can't find it.
  • To lose 1-2 lbs, shoot for a defecit between 500 and 1,000 calories per day. Good luck!

    i found it and my deficit should be about 560 calories
  • Dont just follow calories numbers. Also pay attention to what type of calories you're eating. 560 calorie deficit is fine. Just careful with salad dressings, they can add unwanted fats and calories, eventhou if tastes better...
