hey everyone,
i'm a little confused on what my Cal Balance should be
apparently the calories i burn daily is : 2,543
and my calories eaten (for today) is: 1,446
how much of a deficit do i need to get a good steady 1-2 lbs weight loss going?

Dont just follow calories numbers. Also pay attention to what type of calories you're eating. 560 calorie deficit is fine. Just careful with salad dressings, they can add unwanted fats and calories, eventhou if tastes better...
