I'd like to start posting here. Thursday is my official weigh-in day (I don't know how that really started but that's how I've been doing it) but I can still post with all you fine people on Friday.
I lost exactly 1.0 pound this week, and that's enough to make me happy.

I usually weigh-in on Wednesday's but I'll start posting on Fridays. My weight loss is usually slow and easy but that's ok. I lost 1lb this week.
I work out at home using Jillian M.'s DVDs I have various ones that I use for each day of the week. I've stretched out 30-day Shred to 3-months by doing that and I see the results in my inches.
I would love to start Insanity but I know I have a little ways to go before I even try popping that DVD in. I've broken my weight-loss goals into quarters (10lbs each quarter) so I can concentrate on a smaller number while keeping the bigger number in the back of my head.

bad news that it turns out to be a cold for me, urg i woke up this morning feeling blah.
i have to work on an assignment due tomorrow and i have my tai chi, but i don't think i'll get in my other excerize colds kill motivation

Welcome to the new folks - the more the merrier. 
Sorry to hear that you're not feeling well, Yunalee.
Don't be afraid to take a day off from exercise if you're feeling stuffed up and it's tough to breathe. Sometimes we just need to rest, even if we don't especially want to.
I saw your other thread about asking for a good diet, and I've been mulling it over and thinking if there's any way that I can help. I wonder - are you looking to see how others eat, or are you specifically looking for a regimented diet plan that just tells you what to eat? Either way, I'd advise you to do something that works with how you eat. Others will undoubtedly disagree with this, but I think that, no matter what you're eating, it's better to have your diet work with your appetite and hunger levels as opposed to trying to fit your natural cues into a diet. I don't really eat much during the day because I'm not super hungry, but I eat more at dinner because that's when I'm really hungry. Nope, it's not the way that "they" recommend, but it works for me. Just my 2 cents, though. Let me know if there's anything specific that I can help with. You'll get there.

well i think i did well yesterday, but the only thing i didn't like is i needed an after supper snack, it was only a 100cal mini bag of popcorn and it was enough for me.
i find after doing an evening workout from my tai chi or zumba i get hungry.
i'm just starting to think i'm not gonna hit my 200lb mark by the end of the year, mostly cause i haven't lost any real weight yet.
it says i need to cut back to only eat less than 1200 cals a day, i don't think i can do that, so i bumped it to 210 lbs by the end of the year, which says i can eat around 1700 which i can do hmm...
it's mostly been my eatting thats been setting me back but i'm planing on fixing it this week!

Yunalee: awesome! I'm glad to hear you had a good day the other day. Not sure why, but your post didn't come up as a new one until today, hence my late response. I'm all about the post-workout snack - especially with something like Zumba, where you're burning a ton of calories, you'll need to eat something afterwards. Seems counterintuitive, but it's definitely a good idea. The mini-bag of popcorn sounds perfect - I'll have to check it out. I'm getting a bit burned out on yogurt.
I'll post with you tomorrow - here's to good results!

hey guys i finally showing some progress! yay
i like to go swimming on fridays but i can't this week.
but i'm glad i finally lost something, i think i's cuz i've been aware of what i've been eatting this week :3
and i'm almost over my cold too yay!
i wish i could do more classes like my tai chi and zumba
