It might happen due to lack of motivation, laziness, a foodie person, etc. so many reasons go for this. Just motivate yourself why you want to lose weight, go for some small term weight goal for yourself and try hard to achieve it. Go for some extra activities in the household work.

not losing weight right now because I am not:
-doing my mile every day
-doing Kathy's squats every break
-watching my nutrition carefully, or doing the planning that is required
-making wise choices when I'm very hungry or emotional
-thinking about the consequences of bingeing.
This week is going to be different :D

Because they can't control themselves to eat more and more.

Hey guys. If you want to stay healthy you have to make sure that you get rid of all the deadly addictions - meaning smoking cigarettes, abusing alcohol or taking drugs. As a former smoker, I know how it influences EVERYTHING regarding keeping healthy lifestyle. You get tired fast when you try to do any activities, your skin gets older faster, and you cannot smell and taste your food as it should be. I can recommend you one great website that was a persuasive one to help me quitting: quitsmokingcommunity.org- I found this article interesting but there are much more worth reading. Cheers! :)

losing weight is a not difficult process, we feel it difficult because most of the people don't aware of what is correct diet and how can we synchronize it with our exercise to get the maximum of it? If we follow the correct diet with correct pattern of exercises then for sure it will help in losing weight.

There comes a time when you are losing weight steadily and then you seem to hit a plateau, but you have to push past this and increasing your exercise routine should help

That's my problem, I'm behind my desk 8+ hours per day. What makes it worse is my office is at my house, so many days, I don't even get to leave my house.

I think people also self sabotage their results... often without realizing it. Many start a weight loss regime with guns blazing and don't ease themselves into it. This makes it much harder to get results as they yoyo instead of making a permanent lifestyle change. Also there is so much conflicting information out there that it is difficult to know what is the right way to approach things.
