I know I'm new to the forums but I have to say this, just because one is 'thin' or normal weight, does *not* necessarily mean they are healthy either. As many have said already, it's all down to how you move and what you eat.
Take a normal weight person who lives off of white bread sandwiches with no veggies and soda all day compared to an over weight person who eats balanced meals, doesn't drink soda but does drink water but just eats too much of it. That over weight person, despite having the extra weight, I promise will be healthier then his/her normal weight counter part.
So yes, it really does come down to what you eat and how you move. The moving part isn't always what is needed, when it really comes down to these persons that lose or stay the same weight no matter what you see them eat, really need a place like fitday here to keep track of what they are eating, how many calories they are actually taking in and to be able to look back on a day/week/month and see how much of their food is actually healthy food and not just junk/soda/empty calories.
