Weight Loss Exercise At Home
#41
Sure, people diet at home! Count your calories and stay within a set limit. Eat fewer calories and you will lose weight - there are many many balanced diet plans that can help you with this. Google the D.A.S.H. diet for a start.
And good luck!

How to select those foods which are not included calories?

Most foods have calories (water doesn't).
Look at the types of foods that you are eating and log what you eat (you can do that here in fitday, in the food log). If you are eating too many calories, you can see which foods are the highest in calories and don't have good nutritional profiles (doughnuts, for example!) Those will be foods you try to minimize in your diet.
Plain fruits and vegetables tend to be low in calories compared to foods that have fat. When you choose proteins (meat, fish, eggs, dairy), look for and choose the lower-calorie preparations most of the time.
The size of the portion is important. If you have a food scale in the kitchen, and some measuring cups and spoons, you're all set!
There are no magic foods. Just the right mix of food for you. It takes thought and discipline (unfortunately!)

Are you also tired of that extra layer of fat on your belly? Well, I can understand your problem, you can’t wear so many clothes because they highlight that annoying fat belly. Also, going to parties is such a struggle because you can never find out the right dress that looks good. Moreover, you want to get rid of that annoying belly fat of yours, but you just failed every time! However, here we have the good news for you, you can actually get rid of that belly fat. How?

Pushups and jumping jacks are the best exercises. Push-ups help you focus on your arms, abs and your lower body, all at the same time while jumping jacks helps to burn the excess calories and also it helps improves coordination between your limbs and brain. Both help to create balance and stability.
