Weight Loss Exercise At Home

If I watch what I eat, skip the snack and walk on the treadmill, I lose. I am having a hard time getting motivated again. I was doing really well, was up to an hour on the treadmill and then I messed up both of my hips and got sidelined for awhile. Going to start out slow today and work my way back up.
