This one is good idea to lose overweight but it also take lot of effort and also become hectic many times. In spite, have anybody heard about trampoline? Where we can do jumping exercise on trampoline that also help to lose weight.

Pilates is a good exercise system for strengthening core (that includes the stomach). Google 'pilates' and you will understand and be able to do the basics.

  • Planks to Tighten up belly.
  • Lunges for muscles.
  • Circuit Training to burn overall weight.
  • Jumping as a high-impact exercise.
  • Running to boost heart rates.

Simply start exercise, drink a lot of water and avoid junk foods.

Real weight loss comes from dieting and watching what you eat, but I do like to supplement my diet by exercising on the treadmill. If I'm looking to lose a lot of calories, I make sure that I am running at an incline. Inclines help out a lot when it comes to treadmills. A lot better than just staying level the entire time.

Also, water. Water is your best friend when trying to lose weight.
