Combination of Diet and exercise help to loss weight

I think cardio should be good for anyone who want to lose weight quickly. Running is must as well.

Hi there, I think most of them are unable to do so because of their overweight. You can also start from walking, drink water, skipping and cycling.

If I watch what I eat, skip the snack and walk on the treadmill, I lose. I am having a hard time getting motivated again. I was doing really well, was up to an hour on the treadmill and then I messed up both of my hips and got sidelined for awhile. Going to start out slow today and work my way back up.

I find exercise videos on youtube. There are tons and you can find whatever you are in the mood for.

Cardio is great for awhile then you plateau. I found that just adding a small amount of resistance training makes all the difference

first step - begin exercising and have fun doing it
second step - live a healthier lifestyle through diet. eat healthy foods and add plenty of veggies to your meals
third step - you can take a fat burner supplement

Yes this good. Also add plank in your list of workout. One thing eat according to diet plan advised by fitness coach.
