I think cardio should be good for anyone who want to lose weight quickly. Running is must as well.

Hi there, I think most of them are unable to do so because of their overweight. You can also start from walking, drink water, skipping and cycling.

If I watch what I eat, skip the snack and walk on the treadmill, I lose. I am having a hard time getting motivated again. I was doing really well, was up to an hour on the treadmill and then I messed up both of my hips and got sidelined for awhile. Going to start out slow today and work my way back up.

I find exercise videos on youtube. There are tons and you can find whatever you are in the mood for.

Yes this good. Also add plank in your list of workout. One thing eat according to diet plan advised by fitness coach.
