I eat a ketogenic diet and never feel hungry till late afternoon/early evening. I only eat once per day and have no problem losing weight. In fact, I can easily fast for 36-48 hours with no problem. There is plenty of scientific evidence to show that people lose weight better if there are several hours between meals.

Never skip your breakfast
Many Researchers and professional says that it is not good to skip breakfast. Breakfast is a very essential part of the day and it helps in reducing your weight. Have a healthy breakfast by having fruits, oats, eggs, and sprouts in the morning. They are a very nutritive and healthy food that contains fiber that fights fat and calories. You can also have food supplements as a source of vitamins and minerals every day in the morning after breakfast.

For me I find that skipping a meal creates cravings later and I’m more app to eat things that I shouldn’t. Breakfast is typically no sugar added Greek yogurt plus 1/4 cup of fresh berries. Lunch is a large salad with two hard boiled eggs added to it and 1 ounce of cheese. Dinner is a protein plus non starch vegetables. Snacks are berries or sugar free jello with Reddi Whip.Every thing I eat gets input into FitDay.
