I've done intermittent fasting for the last 8 years and I've never been leaner. Riddle me that.

I eat a ketogenic diet and never feel hungry till late afternoon/early evening. I only eat once per day and have no problem losing weight. In fact, I can easily fast for 36-48 hours with no problem. There is plenty of scientific evidence to show that people lose weight better if there are several hours between meals.
