best cals to lose!
hails im new here. im 23 and want to kno if 800_1100 cals is enough forbme to lose. i do 2-4 hrs of cardio 6 days a week.

How many calories are you eating when you are not dieting? Log your foods for a few days just to get an idea.

Then, there are tools on fitday that allow you to set a goal for weight loss. It requires your starting weight, height, etc., and then a time frame for losing the amount of weight you've chosen.
