Stretching the hamstrings of Achilles
Stretching the hamstrings of Achilles
This is an easy exercise between the stretching of the Achilles tendon and also a great help to stretch the calf muscles.
Ripped Muscle X
Sit in a chair and keep your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Move your right leg forward and place your right heel on the ground.
Keep your right ankle relaxed.
Move your body from the hips forward, back straight.
You will feel the stretch in your right leg.
Hold the position for a count of 20 seconds and return to the normal position.
Repeat the above steps for the left leg.
