"Only" Thinking
I concur with the previous statement! A positive behavior would be to read up on positive affirmations and/or mantras! When you choose to say positive based statements, your brain actually picks up the message and then the activity in question is more likely to "come into focus"!
Example: I AM...a lean and physically fit feminine woman! I SEE...others look at me with admiration and appreciation! I FEEL...sexy and healthy with my new boy and my new attitude! Hope this will be helpful! |
