I am following the book Wheat Belly, and it is the easiest way I have ever done. I find drinking half your body weight (up to 100 ounces max) speeds up the losses, and I fully agree on at least 3 days of cardo and weight training weekly..

For lossing weight there is need to control while eating healthier and slipping in exercise does take some work, it really doesn't have to require heroic effort. Making just a few lifestyle changes can pack a big weight loss punch over time.

I used to weight 155 pounds after baby and now I am down to 112. I believe that weight loss is just like caring for your hair (I compare because they were equally difficult for me) you need to try anything If one strategy fails, move on to the next one. I started trying the treadmill and the climber. It did not work for me. It was going to the gym and running for 30 minutes before and after work and I was not losing anything. I tried getting a personal trainer and I nearly killed him. Finally, I discovered battling ropes and hip hop. I dance for 30 to 45 minutes a day and then battle with the ropes for 20 - 30 minutes. Both workouts are fun and exciting.

Fast weight loss tips
I suffered with lots of weight, sometimes I really feel embraced but today there is nothing which is Impossible I used some healthy and effective weight loss plan that really work for me...

Good for you! If only I could squeeze in a little time for workout, I want to try battling with ropes.
