I second kathy, calculate your calorie intake per day and make an effort to cut it down. Work out more, drink plenty of water, take stairs instead of lifts, and make an effort to walk instead of traveling by cars. Moreover if you walk considering it a workout please adapt running now.

Very Effective planking device make you fit..

I am a fan of atkins diet. Plus, I regularly do high intensity workouts and apply Prakruti JiyoFresh's Epica Oil. It is ayurvedic so, I don't have to worry about any side effects.

Besides, avoid processed food and beverages. Increase your workout timing/mileage and do not eat shortly before going to bed.
