I have been doing a low carb, mod protein and high fat along with taking therapeutic ketones. I have so much energy and focus even sleep better!

You should really exercise and watch what you eat. When I changed my diet to pescatarian and started to exercise 4 times a week it really helped me. I also like to use this weight loss/detox product from slimladytea.com Good luck!
