water can help you lose weight

water can help you lose weight and live a healthier life. People who consume more water on a regular basis are more likely to feel less hungry . As a result, they are less likely to eat for the pleasure of eating .

I think you are right. It's a healthy habit to drink water throughout the day. It may not curb your appetite, but sometimes a person eats when they are thirsty, not recognizing the thirst. Drinking water helps with that.

exactly, water plays an important role in digestion

Water is the source of life. It is essential for our very survival. Water even helps us lose weight, if we use it properly. Regularly consuming water improves the bodies overall ability to function. Every cell in the body requires water in order for the chemical and electrical processes to function properly. Water also works wonderfully to fill the belly in order to avoid the feeling of hunger that obviously triggers eating. Water also helps to flush the body of harmful toxins and heavy metals which are not only going to cause weight gain, but are also harmful to your overall health long term.

Water is a natural weight loss drink. It helps to remove toxins from our body. You may also drink green tea that can help you lose weight by speeding up your metabolism.

water

It is close to impossible for your body to lose weight when it's dehydrated, because it will want to store everything. So keeping well hydrated is key to getting your body to do what you want it to, lose weight! This is why caffeine isn't great because it dehydrates you.

Water is a great source to lose weight it is also a very good detox for your body.

Water is a huge contributing factor of weight loss. It boils down to the calories consumed. Water has 0 calories verses drinking sodas, sugary juices, and energy drinks which contain a large amount of calories and sugars. Drinking water with a meal means a lower intake of calories thus leading to weight loss.

aimeet_1 01-31-2014 07:55 AM

I'd already knocked out all sugary sodas and had only been drinking the occasional 1-2 glasses of naturally flavored waters per day as part of my normal routine. Since getting more serious about my tracking & eating here, I've increased my plain water consumption to 2-3 glasses per day and 2-3 glasses of green tea (mixed w/ peppermint) per day. This is a big change for me, and I will be increasing my plain water consumption to 5-6 glasses per day hopefully within the next few weeks. I've noticed feeling a lot less hungry in between meals and less likely to overeat during meals. Also, it's weird, but I've started to feel dry skin in my hands and my throat gets dry in between glasses of water. hmmm...

water

you should drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. How much water you actually need depends on your weight, level of activity, the temperature and humidity of your environment, and your diet. Your diet makes a difference because if you eat plenty of water-dense foods like fruits and vegetables your need to drink water will be diminished.

Drinking more and more water really helps to decrease weight and reduce fat from the body. My body weight was 99 kg and I was suffering from obesity. I take care about myself with proper exercise and eating fat free food. If I feel hunger, I used to drink plenty of water everyday.

weightloser1234 02-09-2014 05:45 PM

right tips! It is very much true that water intake is very fruitful for weight loss and it also reduce the heavy food consumption. I agree with you.

weightloser1234 02-10-2014 04:40 PM

can water also burn calories?

jenniferhiv6 06-26-2014 10:11 AM

I know about it I mean that Water can help you to live a healthy life, But I didn't ever heard like Water can help in losing weight from anyone except you pierrenaa.
Well, Can you explain how water can help to lose weight?

Kathy13118 06-26-2014 10:41 AM

One way that drinking plain water helps you to lose weight is to satisfy thirst. Often hunger is really thirst. As we get older, it's easier to confuse the two.

Another way that drinking water helps a person lose weight is to help flush out fluids retained when there's a high sodium intake. Fluid retention shows up as pounds on the scale.
