Will you eat your work out calories?
Hi,
I have been on this for a while and eat 1220 cals on day that I won't exercise. On day that I exercise, I eat around 1500. Just about equal out what I work for. I don't see the weight come off.
What everyone do?
Much appriciated.

Thanks Casey.
Well, It said that I burn more of course. But the fact that the scale doesn't buzz for 4 weeks or so, I don't know what is wrong. I usually eat more because I think I should seen I burn more. But maybe I shouldn't seen I didn't lose.
Fitday said that I burn 1925 cals a day which I have add 8 hours of sleep and no exercise ( I set it that, sitted with little movement). So if I work out usually I burn 300-400 cals. So add up I would burn 2200-2300/day. I have been eating 1200 on non exercise day, 1500 - 1600 cals on work out day. But I didn't lose as I used to before. Did I eat too little or fitday over estimate my burn? I am so stump.
