Alright, I know I'm behind with everyone else, but I just haven't had time to go back and read everything. I suck, we all know this...

Good Night Y'all!

Five days with no starches; today is the sixth. This is a very helpful thread.

Yes I know. It makes me feel better every time I post them on the wall at the truck stop bathroom. Almost as good as when I go to a new truck stop and I see that someone has beat me to it!:D

1) gallon of water/ day, not an ounce less!--118.3 close enough :)not even close
2) 1600 calories deficit (over Saturday and Sunday), while logging sleep--(1255) (358) = (1613) squeaked by that one!!
3) walk 3 miles, weather permitting (weather permitting means if there's weather... good, bad, hot, cold, wet, dry, windy or calm, you are permitted!!!)--1.5 down, 2...for a total of 3.5 WHEW! I don't think I would have lived it down if I couldn't do 3 in two days.

Okay, so I've managed to make it through 2 days worth of goals. I didn't kill them, but I did them (except the water). I REALLY MUST get back in the habit of walking. I'm super out of shape. It would also be easier on my lungs if I kick that nasty habit of mine again....it's a work in progress.

Thanks! I appreciate it. All seems to be fine now but I know the talk is still fresh with her.

Yeah, some of us don't need 2 days to get in 3 miles. ;) Congrats though on Getting it done! I knew you could!

So I have a lot of red in my goals, but for some reason this week felt more successful. Number one, I didn't have any days where I completely threw in the towel, ate everything in sight, and stopped logging. Number two, I pulled up a weekly report and looked at my average daily values, and I'm pretty okay with them. I wasn't really paying attention to the pie chart this week, but it basically worked out that I stayed in line with my unwritten pie chart rules, so that's another plus. And even though it definitely wasn't a perfect or even a great week, it's much better than it's been in a looooong time, so I'm ready to head into another Monday (well, as much as anyone is ready for that, lol!).
