No change (well, actually I've gone up and back down 1lb) so still 140.4, which is GOOD... considering!

Had a rubbish week, finished my temp job end of March, waiting for an operation so can't get another job yet... just hanging around waiting for that darn phone call from the hospital, have been very fed up (hence too much wine and food and no weight change) and although I feel like I've perked up again I know if there is no phone call from the hospital today to say 'come on in' then the ops not going to be this week again which is gonna put me back on a downer

Oh, and the house is full of CHOCOLATE! But I have resisted scoffing a load of it so far... have been having small amounts when I want some and logging it of course. Am also HIDING some of my faves as OH keeps eating it and I know when I want some there be none left!!!

Thanks for the vent, sorry to have rambled... looking forward to seeing your lovely stats you lovely ladies

Good Morning Ladies, I was thinking this morning that it would be great it there were no repercussions to overeating, but as I try to teach my kids, every action has a consequence, sometimes good and sometimes bad. With that in mind, I decided to weigh in to see what the damage was over my four day family visit/food fest, and I am up 1.5 pounds. My first thought was to be discouraged and my second was to put my workout clothes on and go to the gym, so I did ( I think I pushed myself a little harder just because I was mad at myself). Hopefully, I will be back on track this week, and get over this little setback.

Hope all of you had a good week. Easter candy is a thing of the past.

To be accountable, I must report that I have gained 1 lb. from last week on my maintenance plan. (Have adjusted my signature accordingly.) Can blame too much salt or monthly changes, but in reality, it's too many family gatherings and not enough physical activity. That's what it always boils down to, doesn't it? Not a big deal. I should have it off by Friday. Hard to get out walking as it's 38 degrees and raining. Beth, 90 degrees?! REALLY?! I live in the WRONG area!

Thanks for another week of awesome advice, ladies. I want you all to know how much it helps!

Quinn

Way to hang on to what you've accomplished so far, missmatch. Maintaining is great given all the challenges this week. Mambo, you have an awesome mindset; glad you had a rewarding workout. And Quinn...hey, that's why you have wiggle room, right? I'm sure you are back on the horse the last couple days.

Well, hubs still has the scale at my request, one of my goals from last check in. I did well last week changing the exercise I do. I'm noticing some muscle development, which is really cool. I posted over the weekend that the low carb experiment was a fiasco and led to cravings and overages so I went back to what works for me and it feels great. Felt so good yesterday to make good choices again; I had my fun with the chocolate Sunday, and I passed up the drastically discounted malted milk eggs at the store last night.

Down a half inch bust (okay, losing inches there can stop anytime), half inch hips, and half inch thighs.

It's spring break and I'm hoping to organize my home office, start pulling together all the tax stuff for hubs, and clean out closets and drawers. I love that "taking care of business" feeling, including making healthy choices

Great job ladies; have a wonderful day!!

Good morning ladies!

Still no change in weight for me this morning but I have lost 1 inch total total this week... .5 off my waist and .5 off my thighs. Doesn't seem or feel like much but I'm happy to see some change.

This is a new week, time to get back to what we know works!

Hi everybody-- I'm still kicking it! Maintained my weight this week instead of gaining. That's my m.o. at the moment.....just get comfortable with this weight and then budge it down. The second 10 lbs is really tough! But I feel so much better without those first 7! So have an excellent week all you beautiful women-- I love hearing about your days! Sharon PS this week I want to hit 133!!!!!

Start: 142
Goal: 125
Weight now: 135
Stats: 35.5 bust; 27 waist; 35.5 hips; 18.5 thighs

All in all, the week doesn't sound like it was too bad, girls, and in fact, pretty darn good (MANDA: 1 inch is a big deal to me!). Glad you're seeing some muscle tone, Cassie. MUSCLE IS A GIRL'S BEST FRIEND!

When there's tons of "forbidden fruit" around as there was this past weekend, it is challenging! I won some victories and lost some others. Oh well, today's a new day.

I went ahead and weighed today. Went down to 120.2 (from 122 last week). I'm pretty sure that in view of my eating this past weekend, it wasn't fat loss, but who knows. I changed my weight training program and have experienced some signficant delayed onset muscle soreness, so hopefully that'll shake things up.

Yup, 90 degrees! I broke down and turned the air on as hot weather and sleep don't mix. Hope everyone is ready for a great week of healthy, balance nutrition and butt-kickin exercises

Even though I post my pounds lost yesterday, but I will do it again for the weekly check in. I have lost 4 pounds since last week and I feel soo good. Logging in my food intake, activities log and posting daily replies on FitDay has really helped my motivation. Thank you everyone for being so helpful.

I forgot to weigh myself this morning, lol. (Not lieing, I really did forget!) So I'll do it tomorrow, is that okay?
Also..good job everybody...even losing .5 an inch is great...at least you lost something! That means you are indeed losing fat, which is part of the goal right?
And to the person that lost 4lbs, that is amazing. That's like a miracle for me...so kudos to you
