Hi everyone- not been online for a couple of days- my baby niece has been poorly with viral infection so ive been helping out my sister because she has come down with it too. So far i havent and fingers crossed but when there isnt anyone else to help her i cant help but do what i can.
Mike- my 5% fat rule is separate to the Fitday charts. I follow a different diet which is 1200-1400 cals daily and everything i eat should be under 5% fat individually.
I made curry for tea tonight and its my ultimate favourite meal!!! I will admit to eating too much of it than i needed to and also had somenaan bread too- oh oh but ive fit it in my calories so as long as i dont make it everyday i should be ok.

Hey peeps! Hope everyone is having a good wednesday! I'm about to get my second workout on the Elliptical (would rather be at Zumba but didn't make it into town today). I've still been snacking quite a bit and need more veggies but I'm not being horribly bad! I did a bunch of pushups, situps, tricep dips, and lunges while I was waiting for some water to boil today - my 18 mo old daughter was trying to copy me and she was doing some pretty sweet squats!

Which I'm sure I undid with tonight's dinner. I was painting my kitchen and living room today (looks awesome) and didn't eat much and wasn't about to cook when I was done and was starving and ate crap at a restaurant. Ordered what I just found out was a 1,200 calorie piece of cake! Luckily only ate half but still. Holy %#^@!
1) 1600 calories or less - 1491, 2117
2) move - got a head start on the painting and did some gardening, painted 7 hrs
3) 64oz water + - 48oz, 64oz+
4) 20% protein - 25%, 23%
5) vitamins - yes, yes
6) post one good thing that happened every day - bought the paint for Wednesday's painting, planted my new flowers, painted!

You are killing in on the water! I remember just a couple weeks ago when you'd cry like a little ninny baby about 60 ounces, now look at you.
OMG I"m actually gonna say something nice to Tori (WTH am I thinking??). Congrats on making it through 3 days of P90X! I sure hope you took those pics. As I've seen before the 1st week can feel like you've been in a car wreck. The second week just feels like you've been beat up, after that it gets better. Keep pushing!

traceymc, so I'm guessing that you are averaging under 5% fat per day? If so... what kind of diet is that? Fat can actually be very good for you. I, personally would never shoot for under 20%.

Didn't get my walk in yesterday and I have no excuse. When I should have been walking last night, I actually fell sound asleep on the couch while reading until hubby woke me up at 10pm to go to bed. Usually, I'd walk twice today but it's going to be in the lower 90's with 89% humidity... something this northerner is definitely not used to!
This week's goals:
1. Calories between 1000-1200; no excuses! No, Yes, Yes
2. 3 fruits or vegetables minimum per day; no excuses! Yes, Yes 5, Yes 5
3. Take all vitamins and supplements; no excuses! Yes, Yes, Yes
