Hey! I'm Maria, I'm 18, and I recently just had a baby, 10 weeks ago.
I'm really looking into losing weight, and hoping to find a buddy to talk with
I'm having a difficult time losing the weight, I keep snacking on those unhealthy foods
and not able to control myself it seems. I'm 5'4, and 150 Lbs, I'm hoping to lose 30-20 lbs

Hi Maria,
Congrats on the new baby! There are several newish moms here that I am hoping that 1 or 2 will hop in and give you some insight into their experiences.
Why not jump into the motivational thread? Lots of great company there.

It's hard being a Mom we seem to put ourselves last. We grab what ever is fast and easy to eat when we can because newborns need a lot at first. Try to keep apples and other easy, healthy foods around to grab. If possible Make time to go for a walk or do floor exercises both are good for stress and your health.
