1.) Workout x4: 2
2.) Under 1400 calories/day: 1249, 1081, 1265
3.) Drink 64 oz. of water/day: 64 oz., 70 oz., 30 oz.
4.) Study 30 mins every day: 50 mins, 1 hour, 0 mins

Failed on water 'cause I got distracted by diet soda and failed on studying 'cause I got distracted by the TV. Ah well, I'm not too bummed about it.

Welcome Danielle!!!

Just a quick check-in tonight. Finally back on track after the birthday cheesecake (found a great lo-carb recipe!) and a small carb binge yesterday!

Here are my goals for this week:
<1400 calories: 1414, 1790, 1076,
Net Carbs < 20: 33.4, 71.1, 17.0
Water >64(oz): 45, 50, 50
exercise: none, none, none

Water: Doing better, and more consistent, but still not up to what I think I should be at.
Exercise: It's our busy time at work and I just don't have much juice left at the end of the day! Working full time with a full-blown case of fibro really kicks the crap out of me. I'm going to have to figure something out though, as I really need to move more. Add to that it's really hot here and so VERY humid that moving around outside even a little is enough to make one nauseous. Clearing up for the weekend so I am planning a couple of good walks.

Virtual hugs to eveyone!

4) 64oz water minimum - not enough, 64oz, 64oz
5) calorie deficit 700+ - 863, 1087, 1000
6) take vitamins - yes, no, yes

I know I'm not leading by example but I wanted to give a quick update. Diet has sucked, logging has been nil. I did make it to the track and didn't wreck so that's a plus.
YouTube - Maiden Voyage on a stock L1 GSXR-750

Now headed to Hospice in NOLA to visit a friend/coworker that I just found out is terminal with cancer.

Not a bad day today- kind of stopped it before it started.
Been to visit friend for the day and brought dowm my healthy lunch again- i am now eating lunch and dinner everyday now and so far its keeping mid afternoon and evening cravings at bay.
Tea was an omelette full of veggies and for the first time in my life i left some on my plate and wasnt bothered by it because i felt id had enough. Very proud of myself for my new good habits.
I did have a sweet craving after dinner and had a mini milk ice cream lolly while everyone else had a cornetto.
Now ive come upstairs for a couple of hours whilst partner watches the football to keep myself away form the kitchen. Im armed with my water and want to wake up in the morning without food regrets!
